In May 2024, United States Cellular Corporation (“UScellular”) announced that it had entered into an agreement to sell its wireless operations and select spectrum assets to T-Mobile, US Inc. (“T-Mobile”) for $4.4 billion, including a combination of cash and up to approximately $2 billion of assumed debt. 

After the transaction with T-Mobile closed in 2025, UScellular changed its name to Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc. (“Array”). The common stock continues to trade on the New York Stock Exchange and the ticker is being changed from USM to AD.
